On the morning of Sep.27, 2023, JJM launched the 3rd staff skills competition.
The slogan of this competition is "Practice ability, Exchange skills, Go beyond self, Climb the peak".
There are seven projects in this competition, which are Niterra products full inspection, connector assembly and inspection, forklift operation, KEYENCE programming, CAD drawing, stamping material setting, and no-plating products full inspection. A total of 30 employees participated in the competition.The number of participants has increased compared to last year.
The first is Niterra products full inspection project, which tests the accuracy and efficiency of the full inspection of NGK products.
The complete of connector assembly and inspection tests the accuracy and efficiency of assembling multiple parts of the connector together.
Forklift competition tests the standardization and efficiency of forklift use.
The KEYENCE programming project tests the accuracy of the measurement program setting of the product by the employees of the technical department using the KEYENCE measuring equipment.
In the CAD drawing project, personnel from the technical department participated in the competition to test the ability of employees to accurately identify product drawing information and quickly draw CAD drawings.
Stamping material setting project tests the efficiency of the material setting steps of workshop employees before stamping production.
No-plating products full inspection project, in addition to competing for full inspection speed, but also competing for the ability to accurately pick out defective products.
Finally, after fierce competition, each project has its own champion, runner up and third place, and a total of 17 employees have won the prize.
This year's skills competition has achieved a higher level of results than last year.
